Xerox 016-2012-00 Review: Xerox 016-2012-00 Imaging Unit for Phaser 6200. The 6200 is an old printer. Obvious question: Repair with relatively expensive item (imaging unit) or replace? Chose to repair. Mistake.Decided to save some money by buying elsewhere (see Above). Another mistake.Unit has 4 protective tapes (similar to those on toner units). One tore while being removed, leaving inaccesible stub inside unit. Seller's return policy is that it will NOT accept imaging units for return.Tried to reinstall old unit, until I could find out whether Xerox could do anything about tape that snagged or otherwise could not be removed properly. ...
